Italian Tenderloin steak (Sicilian Steak)
Tenderloin, or other tender cuts of meat, serving size pieces
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Onions and mushrooms
Mix together Italian bread crumbs, Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese (lightly), amounts to taste.
Olive oil steaks and roll in dry mixture. Grill as usual, rare, medium or well. Saute mushrooms, onions in butter. Pour and serve over steaks.
